GCI Advisory Council

Operating as a non-governing entity in collaboration with GCI’s Stewards, Board of Directors, and staff, the Advisory Council will support the achievement of GCI’s vision, mission, and values by fulfilling the following three core functions:

• Generative Wisdom: Provide advice and counsel in support of the successful achievement of GCI’s vision and mission, including identification of opportunities, potential collaborators, and strategies for implementation success. 

• Revenue Sourcing: Support the long-term sustainability of GCI by identifying potential sources of funding for the organization, including specific projects and initiatives. Cultivate relationships with potential funders, facilitating introductions as appropriate.

• Strategic Gravitas: Strengthen the awareness of GCI in key worldwide networks by enthusiastically lending one’s name, affiliation, and energetic commitment to GCI’s purpose and priorities.
